i want only child maintainance without divorce

i m separated from my husband last 4 months because of in laws issues. i want only child maintainance and stridhan.
You will have to lodge police complaint for your stridhan. Tou can file a custody case and maintenance case simultaneously in family court And /Also you can file a separate maintenance case in magistrate court for maintenance for both of you and your child.

You have right of maintenance not only for your child, but also for your self if desertion took place because of wrong on there part. You can file application for maintenance under the provisions of Criminal procedure code and also under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act.
