You can file a visitation application before the Family Court. There is no fixed number of meetings; the Court may allow weekly or alternate-weekend meetings, depending on the child’s welfare. Meetings need not be restricted to the Court’s Children Room and may be permitted at a park, home or other suitable place. You may also request daily phone/video calls for 5–10 minutes and visitation for the paternal grandparents. The final schedule will be decided by the Court.
