Can I get a divorce and at the same time custody of my baby girl

Iam working abroad. I got married in 2014. My wifes problem is she's only concerned about her parents. Even after marriage she's only thinking about their debts and sending all her salary to them. IF she's behaving nicely,respectfully to my paren'ts and family members i wouldnt have mind these .Even being a nurse,she left my baby when she was of 6 months only thinking about her parents liabilities. If that was important why she married or even give birth to a baby. My mother was taking care of my baby upto age of 3.On basis of these incidents I has filed a case against her in family court and then leaders from our community involved and make a solution. It was like this, she will live as a member of our family and respect my parents and other relatives and help each other and try to live as a good wife and mother. She also agreed this and the court agreed this and thus the case was withdraw.now she make problems purposefully and went to her taking my child forcly.
