A real state company gave me six post dated cheques to refund my money in compliance with Delhi State Consumer commission. For the first two months the cheques were honoured but for third month it bounced for insufficient funds.
1. What actions I need to take?
2. To which court should I apply for the redressal, Consumer commission or some court?

For cheque bouncing matter you have to file according to your bank jurisdiction, it's a criminal matter U/S 138 Negotiable Instrument act. you need to engage lawyer to proceed the case. this is a criminal offense so OP will proceed the bail and make payment.
