What to do if the cheque is dishonored and no proof of payment

Main Apne ek dost ko alag alag Baar mein Dhai Lakh rupay Udhar diye the 2016 May me. Mujhe ESI amount ka ek check diya tha Jo ki 26 April 2018 ko Bounce Ho Gaya. Main ek mahine Ke Baad Usi chque fir se bank me lagaya to usane stop payment karawa diya.to ab mai kya kare sakata hu. Mere paas usse Dhai Lakh rupay cash dene ka koi proof nahi hai. Main es kesh ko kaise jeet sakata hu.
First initiate proper legal action against the drawer and send a legal notice under section 138 against him with all the contents. Most of the cases are decided only in notices. If they did not give money then file a criminal case.

if you deposited the check again and it was dishonored you can send a notice under 138 NI Act, you can also file a FIR against him or file a recovery suit, you should contact a lawyer immediately to send notice under 138 NI act as the limitation is only for 15 days and after that you will have no cause of action under NI act

Firstly collect bank letter, which has reason of bouncing.
Then issue a demand notice.
After that file a complaint of sec 138 NI act and sec 420 IPC.
