Q: What to do if the cheque is dishonored and no proof of payment

Main Apne ek dost ko alag alag Baar mein Dhai Lakh rupay Udhar diye the 2016 May me. Mujhe ESI amount ka ek check diya tha Jo ki 26 April 2018 ko Bounce Ho Gaya. Main ek mahine Ke Baad Usi chque fir se bank me lagaya to usane stop payment karawa diya.to ab mai kya kare sakata hu. Mere paas usse Dhai Lakh rupay cash dene ka koi proof nahi hai. Main es kesh ko kaise jeet sakata hu.

First initiate proper legal action against the drawer and send a legal notice under section 138 against him with all the contents. Most of the cases are decided only in notices. If they did not give money then file a criminal case.

Q: Daughter files for maintenance against father on behalf of mother

Hello! . I want to lodge a case against my father on behalf of my mother. I want to get maintenance. Please suggest me what can i do regarding this matter.

You can file a case for maintenance under section 125 cr.p.c. for yourself. But what is the status of your parents marriage. Did they are separated/divorced or not. If yes, when did they get divorce!Regards

Q: Procedure to recover amount back from person not returning the same

A person has taken around 3 lakh from me and now he he not returning my money what can I do to get back my money. I have bank statement also.

First you issue a demand notice through your advocate for concern person and after that you will file a civil recovery suit against him. Or if you have any instrument/cheque from that person you will file a complaint under sec 138 NI Act.

Q: Electricity board is charging unreasonable dues

I HAD PURCHASED HOUSE 4 YEARS BACK AND CONTINUOUSLY RESIDING WITH MY FAMILY AS I GOT JOB AND DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES I BRING MY FAMILY TOO WITH ME AND LOCKED THE APARTMENT. WHENEVER I VISIT AGRA I GO TO THE ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT AND DEPOSIT ALL THE DUES. BUT FROM LAST 5 MONTHS WE ARE UNABLE TO VISIT AGRA AND SO TO DEPOSIT THE BILL TOO. I TODAY SUDDENLY FEW PEOPLE FROM ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT CAME AND DISCONNECT OUR ELECTRICITY AND WROTE ON OUR WALL ABOUT 100000 INR DUES ON THE NAME OF PREVIOUS OWNER. PLEASE ADVICE DOES WE HAVE TO PAY THE BILL OR WE FILE ANY COMPLIANT AGAINST IT AS WE ONLY HAD 5000 INR APPRX DUE ON OUR CONNECTION.

First of all kindly clear your electricity bill and contact your previous owner for this matter, also ask from the electricity department on what reason they issue new connection if the previous dues was not clear.You can file a consumer consumer complain or complain in electricity forum.

Q: Obtaining passport when charged for criminal cases under IPC

Sir I am charged under IPC 323 , 325 , 512 by up police. my question is - any way to get passport ...? someone suggests me to submit GSR 570E to get passport. Please help me or guide me how can i get passport against these cases.

If chargesheet is filled in the court, then you should apply for no objection certificate from the court and annexed with the application form. The passport will issued for limited time with certain restrictions.Regards
