What to do if i lost the cheque bounced

I have filed case against the person who had guven me cheque of 10lakh which were bounced and later i loast one cheque of 5 lakh so what i have to do now plzz do give m better suggestion
Sir,
You can filed recovery suit against that person.Sir did u have any proof that u have given him rs 10 Lac as a loan and in discharged of his liabily he issued two cheque.Sir if you have proof then in that case filed order 37 Civil Procedure Code 1908 suit againwt that peraon u will easily win.Sir make one police complaint regarding lost of cheque.

If you have filed the case it implies that you must have already aapended the proof of the said lost cheque with the complaint at the time of filing. In addition you can get your bank statement issued from the bank before which cheque was presented by you which also must be indicating the serial no. of cheque , amount deducted against presentation of cheque by you. The said statement as well as pass book of your account indicating above things will feel the lacuna, if any is pointed out by Court.
