You can file petition giving full details of property of defendant and attach the same to recover your award amount. There is provision to attach property to recover the amount in law or file civil suit for recovery of amount.

File an execution petition with consult of a lawyer. Some modes are there to recover the amount. Those are an attachment of property, recovery from salary, arrest and etc. But you to ascertain details of defendant source of income and properties details. so that we can recover the amount. A case filed under NI act will result in the Accused ending up paying the fine to avoid going to jail.

Have you filed a civil suit for recovery of money yet ?
You can also file an execution petition for the fine amount awarded in NI Act.
