i send money from my bank to accused bank of 11 lacks, he provided cheques, not filed NI act, and plan to do recovery suite, what this the court fee or what to do to get my money back, i found his property of flat , so i plan to add on recovery suite
hi the court fees for filing suit for recovery of suit is Rs 13 to 14 thousand and you could file suit for recovery by giving appropriate notice to the person in the court and also ask him to refund the amount with interest
