Warrent issued but no response
04-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have filed a check bounce case in 2018,16 summon has been issued,the accused party has received the summon but has not appeared for any summon till now,warrent has been issued,but he is still not bothered,my advocate says that will make police complain to arrest the accused but the party is a local political big shot hence he is not at all bothered and the police is also not taking action,what should I do next please let me know

Do you have the copy of the entire order sheet,
how many times the warrant has been issued? You should approach the Hon'ble High Court with the specific plea to issue a direction to execute the order passed by the Court.

send non bailable warrent against him and put forward your complaint to court about the absence of accused and after non bailable go for sec 82&83of crpc for confiscation of his property and bank balance by the court.
