SINCE ALL COMPANIES TAKE A BLANK CHEQUE AS SECURITY CHEQUE......
I HAD ALSO GIVEN ONE OF MINE .............
I USED TO GET GOODS ON DUE & COMPANY PEOPLE USED TO SELL GOODS ON DUE IN UP EAST DEALERS...
NOW COMPANY GOODS ARE NOT MUCH IN DEMAND SO COMPANY REFUSED TO PAY SALARY TO SATFF & STAFF STOPPED WORKING, SO NO COLLECTION OF OLD BILLS & NO SALE OF NEW GOODS FROM LAST SIX MONTHS......
NOW COMPANY OUTSTANDING OVER ME IS MO APPROX 7.5 LAKH
AN I AM HAVING UNSOLD STOCK OF MORE THAN 10 LAKH....
CAN I RETURN SAME TO COMPANY AND SETTELE MY ACCOUNTS....
COMPANY HAS FILED CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE UPON ME FOR 7.5 LAKH RUPEES
PLEASE ADVISE AT THE EARLIEST.......

You need to make specific reply to the averments raised in the complaint. As the goods sold by the company are now not in demand in the market. Have you specifically replied everything to the notice served .
