Uprera court order of refund but cheque bounced

Uprera order of refund with interest. I hv received four PDF but 1st cheque deposited for clearance its bounced as insufficient balance.pls advice
what is the reason of cheque bounce what is the purpose of money was given to other party. talk to other party and make sure next time it will not bounce at least three cheque/ big amount cheque to be Bounce to file a legal case. also make sure you will have all bounce check with bounce details. for legal advice please contact me. thank you

Dear Client,
If the cheque presented before the Bank got bounced then in event as such the execution application fill be filed before the RERA and after hearing both the parties the executor will decide the application.

as it is a case of cheque bounce you first have to send a legal notice through counsel and still if they don't pay the amount you can approach the court under NI act.
