Uncontested - Filed For Present
11-Mar-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
A cheque bounce case u/s 138 ni act was filed against me and was disposed in 2018 as uncontested - file for present as I was unable to attend few hearings. Now a arrest warrant is pending against me at local police station. What should I do ?
You need to surrender and move bail application before the Court, and either comply with the order of the Court else go for an appeal with stay over the order. Please engage an Advocate else do at your risk, because Court is not a picnic spot!
