Two cheques issued by a party under a single agreement to two different parties under the same agreement has bounced, so
a.) Can a single notice be sent to the party which issued two cheques to two parties under the same agreement towards rent and fittings respectively.
b.) Later can a single suit be filed as well?
hello client as you have said two cheque were issued to two different parties for single agrrements .
in this matter two different notices will be issued as valid notices ine single notice will be in valid notice as two different parties are involveed thy why pls spacify the ammout as well.

Dear querist,
Each cheque bounced is a different offense under section 138 of NI act. Therefore, two different cases will be filed against the accused. However, since, the offense has been committed in a single transaction and is against the same accused. Therefore, an application for joinder of trials will be put before the court to try the cases together.

You have not written the question properly,
You should sent separate notice for each cheque if the cheque were issued to different persons, same agreement can be used to file 2 different matters.
