Transfer of Running Cheque Bounce Case to my Bank Juridiction

I have filed a cheque bounce case during September 2015. As per old norms the case is filed and running in the court which is located in the payees bank jurisdiction which is 150 km from my bank. I am facing problem to travel every time for attending the court even though I have lost money. Kindly guide me how can I shift my case to my bank jurisdiction court as per recent supreme court order.
According to the new provision the case can be filed at complainant jurisdiction For that on your case you need to file an application to your court .Please do mention about your Jurisdiction of your Bank so that I can help you in prosecuting the accused feel free to contact for further clarification
