sir i am a senior citizen n shifted to banglore.is it possible to transfer cheque bounce cased filed by me in nagpur to banglore for further proceedings?.if yes pl cnfm the procidure n oblige. rgrds
No case cannot be transferred. As per recently amended law, case can be filed and tried only by a Court in whose jurisdiction your bank where you opened the account is maintained. Your advocate can fight the case for you on your behalf in nagpur.

There are no such provisions to transfer criminal matters on the basis of senior citizen. So legally it is not permissible still high court has inherent powers you may seek the said reliefs before hon"blue high court no other courts can do it.
