Took agricultural loan but the cheque got bounced can case be filed

Sir. Kya aggriculture loan me cheque bounce case ho skta h. Or bank ne khud ke business ke liye khud hi loan ki kishte cut ki h or ab vo cctv or voucher dene se mna kr rhe h kya hm unke against fraud ka case dal skte h.
Bilkul cheque bounce ka case ho skta hai sir. aapke paas kya proof hai ki bank ne kist kam ki hein, aapke pass koyi proof hai ki aapne kiste di hein aur bank phir b kist maang rha hai toh unke khilaaf case kiya ja skta hai. aap court mein cctv footage preserve krne ki application lga skte ho, lekin wo ek saal se zyada purani na ho.

Cheque bounce hone se pahle ek legal notice ki requirement hoti hai, legal notice milne ke 15 din tak payment nahi karne ke baad hi cheque bounce ka case hota hai. Aapko notice mil jaye to uska strong jawab dena hoga, wohi aage chal ke case me defence ka base banega.
yes, aap bank ke khilaf fraud ka case dal sakte ho. Bank vouccher dene se mana nahi ar sakte. Aapko bank ke senior manager ko notice/letter dena hoga ki CCTV ki relevant dates/time ki footings ko save karke rakhe. At the same time aap bank ombudsman ko bhi written me complaint kar sakte hai. Complaint per theek se action ho jaye, iske liye aapko ek achhe advocate se proper complaint draft karani hogi.
