The accused got acquitted on 05th December 2018 till what date I can file appeal for the case

There is 60 days period from the date of Order , for filing Appeal in the case of 138 NI Act acquittal. Sometimes order is received after pronounced date, or kept reserved in both case receiving date of certified order from the court with reasonable reason during filing when expires such limitation period.
