the 138 notice has not been acknowleged

my question is that i have already sent 138 notice against the individual who has give me bounced cheque. Since they have not acknowledged it what should be my next step in the court of to recover the money back?
you have to proceed with the filing of the case against person as not acknowledging the notice is considered to delivered to yim but he refused and on that regard you can go ahead for filing of case and recover the money

if he has not acknowledge your notice then it is necessary that it reaches proper adress. Report of acknowledge should be clear stating his proper address. if it reaches proper adress and return back with said remark then within one month of receipt of acknowledgement you to file complaint in court under the N.I.Act
