Q: I want to file rape case against my fraud boyfriend

Hello Everyone, my ex boyfriend nd I was in a relationship for 1 year and in the beginning of the relationship he told me about himself everything which was all lie and I belong to very reputed family my boyfriend used me physically and initially in the starting of the relationship I told him to not to have sex before marriage because I never did and don’t want to have before marriage he agrees but He used to lie to me and take me to the hotel room and used to say that you are looking tired and we will only go nd talk nothing will do and still I denied but he forces me to come with him into hotel room then I trusted him and went to the room with him nd for 5-6 times when I used to go to room with him he didn’t force me for sex but he wanted to have sex but after 5-6 times when I went to room with him for next time he forced me for sex and raped me without my consent after telling him more than 100 times “no” he finally raped me and after that he was saying we will get marry

all allegation are attracted to I initiate or file police complaint against your boyfriend. You have file written and oral complaint with your local police station first. Also you have to undergo medical test so that you can prove your case. Police will call Botha the parties and will record their statement before filing FIR.

Q: the 138 notice has not been acknowleged

my question is that i have already sent 138 notice against the individual who has give me bounced cheque. Since they have not acknowledged it what should be my next step in the court of to recover the money back?

if he has not acknowledge your notice then it is necessary that it reaches proper adress. Report of acknowledge should be clear stating his proper address. if it reaches proper adress and return back with said remark then within one month of receipt of acknowledgement you to file complaint in court under the N.I.Act

Q: Recovery of bike from police custody of murdered person

A person is murdered while going by bike .His bike is in police custody. How can his relatives get back the vehicle.?

File Criminal Miscellaneous Application under section 457 of CRPC, 1973 for demanding custody of your vehicle. You have to hire advocate for said purpose from your area. You have to file all the relevant documents of bike that are licence , Insurance / PUC details, your ID with this application.

Q: How get back my one year old baby from my in laws

Hiii, my self heena,I'm from Mumbai, I have one year old breastfeeding baby, my husband did physical and mentally abused me from last one year, he crossed the all limits so I ran from his home , I file the complaint against him. Want back my baby. But no one can help me neither police nor NGO's etc..what can I do

File domestic violence case against your him. If you don't want to continue with him go for divorce. You can file for maintenance application in court for yourself and your baby if you are able to maintain yourself.

I'm from Srinagar I had a relationship with a Srinagar girl and I had promised her for marriage but I did breakup she is mentally ill but she don't want to leave me and Threatening for suicide, harrasing, abusing my family, pelting stones on us,raising hand on m... I had some photos with her so she is blackmailing with that...she went to police and forcefully wanted to do marriage and I don't want to...so police made sign on application of engagement papers with her so I did engagement but my life is hell...she is making me puppet and (putting false allegations on me of rape too ) that if I won't marry her she will put rape case?is this a law where noone is helping me out I'm tired of my life my family crying she is torturing me a lot...I want to marry some other girl she is waiting for me what should I do

That means you have to get rid with first girl and marry other one peacefully. But real pro lem is first one is treating and mentally abusing you . All things went against your will. Obtain all certified copies of police complaint. With help of all such records you have to file separate complaint against her about mental harrassment and torture to your local police. Narrating all allegations about torture and forceful engagement . Though your first relationship is like live - in - relation . Also she has entered with forceful engagement with help of police complaint which is against law and void and voidable at option . You have to raise written complaint with superior police authority against injustice face by you due to act of local police. Go step by step. You can marry with other girl by law. First one has no right to avoid your marriage with other one of your choice .
