Supplier created fake bill and deposited Cheque a, how to defend?

i purchased material of 75000 in my proprietary firm paid part payment and for rest amount gave blank cheque after some dispute party created fake bill in my personal name and put that amount in Cheque without adding old bill due amount of my firm and bounced it and put case under 138 are two different transactions of my proprietary firm and my personal be clubbed in single cheque of my proprietary firm how cani defend my case
You should file an objection application before courts raise your facts i.e. fake bill etc. and challenge the registration of private complaint U/s 138 of Instrument Act 1881, If court allow your application then complaint will be dismissed, if court dissmissed your application and accept registration of complaint you should go higher court for revision/appeal against court's order.
