Q: Father died without any will can daughter claim share in the property

The property was self earned by my Father, who left us 5 years ago without any will. My brother and I are the only children and heirs of the property. I stay in a different city and my brother's family stays in my father's house. He only wants to give me 10% share willingly. What should I do to get get 50% share.

Q: Bank occupies flats financed to buyers due to builder being bankrupt

hello i have a flat in a building project and we are 300 buyers and our project owner builder have loan on tht project and that project is financed to customers through sbi icici bank and our builder become bankrupt does bank have rights to occupied the flats of tht project which is financed to customers???

Yes bank can occupied the flats of the project which is financed to customers, such type funding should be done on written permission to mortgage from sbi icici bank. Although you may complaint before consumer court or another court/s, criminal & civil.

Q: Can the hearing of different cases be scheduled on the same day

Meri patni apni man marji se apne mayke chali gayi thi aur aane ko taiyar nahi thi tab maine usko rakhne ke liye( HMA act section 9 ) lagaya to Meri patni ne mujh par 498a, gharelu hinsa aur ipc 125 mantinance ke jhunthe case laga Diye hai. Lekin in cases ki tarikhen 15-15 din ki lag rahi hai is hisaab se ek mahine me 7-8 tarikhen lag jati hai. But mujhe yah problem hai ki mai Delhi me ek private company me 8000 rupay me kaam karta hun jis Karan se mai case fight nahi kar pa Raha hun. Kyonki Delhi se 500km door har mahine me 3-4 baar tarikhon me Jana padta hai, jisse samay ka, rupay ka aur naukari se nikaale jaane ki pareshani hoti hai. Mujhe koi upay batayen ki in 3-4 cases ki sunwai ek hi tareekh par kaise karayi Jaye .

Mere khyal se aapko har case me upstith hone ki aavsyakta nahi hai, aap ek Vakil niyukt kar sakte hai jo aapke har case ko dekh sakta hai. Ab aise case me generally yahi hota hai Ladkiya Pareshan karne ke liye aise case laga deti hai.

Q: How to claim a property that was transferred to other person by fraud

Yadi kisi k 2 ladke h or 3 ladkiyan h pr Unme se Chote bhai ne property Ko Dhoke se Apne Naam krwa Liya h. Or wo Apne Bade bhai Ko 1/2 hissa nhi Dena chata h tho us Property ka dono bhaiyo Mai doobara 1/2 hissa kaise karwaya jaye. Please Answer me mostly required.

Property me 2 ladke evam 3 ladkiyo ka barabar ka hissa hai, jinko hissa nahi mila ve log Civil Court me mukadama laga sakte hai.....

Q: Group of guys play cricket in front of house and creating nuisance

Sir a group of guys play cricket in front of my house on street, mostly at night hours (9 pm to 11 pm),I requested them not to play here because it disturb us and also many window glasses are broken. But they misbehave and keep on playing. Earlier also when i asked them to stop they thrown stones at our house and ran away. What type of action i can take to stop them legally.
