Stop payment made to Indiabulls

Due to Subvention scheme in Superetch project in Guragaon, and breach of tripartite contract, I have stopped paying to Indiabulls who was HFC, what can be done as I want to avoid cheque bounce case u/s 138
Yu can send a notice to Supertrch bringing to their knowledge that you will not pay any amount and request them to return the cheque. In fact you file a case in consumer forum first they can't do anything on s. 138.

I would advise you to issue a legal notice to Supertech with a copy to Indiabulls enunciating the true facts and asking them to comply with their contractual obligations and remedy the breach of tripartite agreement done by them, failing which an appropriate law suit be filed.
