RESPECTED SIR/MEDAM, I HAVE CHECK BOOK FROM SINCE 3 YEARS AND SAME MY SIGNED CHEQUE BOOK STOLEN AND SOMEONE CALLS ME AS HE HAVE MY CHEQUE FOR 100,000/-, HE SAYS IF I FAIL TO PAY THEN HE WILL GO TO COURT?

first of all u didn't mention when and where ur cheque book was stolen and that person do you know or else he knows you, how could he knows you, hiw will he got your mobile number , so it crystal clear that the person either your relative or friend to you, even though you have a chance to prove your self and you will file a criminal case against him and defend your self in court of law.
