I am a 38-year-old Hindu Punjabi man, married for 10 years, with no children. I have tried my best to continue the marriage, but frequent fights and mental stress have pushed me to the edge. I even attempted suicide, but I have now decided to separate instead of harming myself.

My wife is not ready for a mutual divorce, and my parents are forcing me to stay to maintain social status. I have lived like this for 10 years, but I cannot continue anymore.

Q: Cheque Bounce case, person not returning the money also ignoring now.

Hi, I gave hand loan of Rs.1,10,000.00 to a person 2 years back. He gave the cheque now however he is saying he don't have money right now. also ignoring me and not meeting or lifting the phone If i put the cheque in the bank it will bounce. How much it will cost me to file the case including lawyer fees, and also how much time it will take for the case, could you please tell me.
