Sale of vehicle with continue finance

I bought a vehicle with continue finance by giving 100000 rupees . I have paid 2 EMI s and seller turned off the app which i get my income and taken away my vehicle without informing me.And seller is saying that he will give 30000 thousand to me.what should i do?
hi first need to see whether any MOU oir any agreement was executed between the parties and if he is not paying or following the terms of the agreement then you could issue legal notice to him for recovery of money and could approach court

your query is not that clear I assume you paid major part of loan and only some is due and you are ready and willing to pay but the financer without notice took your vehicle and not returning but promising to pay 30k in that case you have to file consumer complaint
