Please send Legal Notice for the bounced cheque through Advocate.

Also send separate Legal Notice for not paying salary and abusing you.

No one can abuse you and also not pay salary when you have worked for the whole month.

First you have to send them a legal statutory notice, informing them that the cheque has bounced and giving them 15 days on date of receipt of the notice to pay you back. If they still don't file a case under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act.

Dear sir, issue notice u/s.138 for bouncing the cheque on urgent basis. this is only way to recover the amount. Once 15 days notice period is over then file complaint to nearest Magistrate setting offense.
