someone sold his car and he saw that car with other owner and he told this is his car before and he took the car back and told that person i will pay complete amount but he failed to pay the amount and his 2 cheque was bounced then he decides to give it back but he is not ready to give the second key back but he is asking money for giving second key in what name i can book case on him
What I can understand from your loosely written query is that a person who has sold a car to you has cheated you. If you have proofs with you to substantiate your allegations then you may file a complaint before police station and if police don't take action then you may directly file a private case before magistrate
