Remedies available for cheque bounce case

28-Jul-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
Hello Sir, writing on behalf of my brother, who is a businessman, and he received one cheque as one of his business transaction from one party, but the cheque was bounced. With the help of Local lawyer, my brother has done all proceeding starting from sending notice within 15 days of bounce, still no result, The local lawyer has suggested filing criminal complain in our jurisdiction, which we did, the magistrate court has sent first summon to the party which got returned, and sending second summon. As per lawyer if second summon returns, then the local court will issue warrant. The process is taking time and we are not sure if we get our money back. We want your help on this matter so that we can get our money back.

Your advocate is absolutely doing things rightly. No need to worry. Have patience. Court proceedings usually take lengthy period. Definitely, if your case is proved, you will get the money back. Have patience and wait for the result.
