Regarding summon of Ni Act us138
13-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
A pvt ltd com which stopped function before 6/7 years ,but a company of another Distance region filed a case under us who had supplied goods then ,US 138 ni act .But we received no cheque bounce information.Our ac is dormant till now since 2014.We have remembered no blank cheque issued to them earlier also.Then on 2010 we lost a signed cheque and stopped immediately at our bank branch.plz suggest solution.
The proceedings of 138 is that when the person has received notice within 30 days from the date of cheque bounce if such has not been carried out then you can file a proper reply to it through an advocate for the further details on your query you can contact us by relevant documents.
