regarding fine & compensation by court in cheque bounce case

my question is order by trail court to pay 15 % compensation of total cheque amount . i already paid 15 % and now session judge dismiss the appeal. if i appeal in high court if any other compensation will have to pay?or not
yes per law you have to pay the amount of 15% to compromise the matter but there is a lacuna
by which you can save the 15% for which you can have words with your advocate who can guide you how to save the amount of 15% which is paid to the court.
