Regarding cheque bounce notice

If a parent gives a cheque to a private school/education institution for paying fees of his child and the same is bounced. On whose behalf the notice is to be sent by school? Either Chairperson, Director or Principal?

The Notice on Behalf of the school can be sent by the Principal or any other authorised person by the same and should be send with 15 days from the cheque bounce You contact us for further discussion if required

the notice will be sent on the behalf of the director because director is responsible for day to day activities of the school and notice will also be send on the behalf of the director as well as on behalf of school the case will also be filed on behalf of the directorate

notice will be sent on behalf the organization on whose name the cheque was addressed to. The same name will be used for the notice too. However, the complaint will be filed through authorized representative which shall be authorized through an authority letter on the letter head of the organization.
