Aman shrivastav ne mujhe railway ki farji id dikha ke tender dilane ke liye one lakh forty five thousand rupees le liye aur koi kam nhi dilaya mujhe apna paisa waps magne par two chek diye ek 65000 and 80000 diya aur dono chek account me lagane ke bad bounce ho gya hai aur ab usne apna mobile switch off kr liya hai aur ghar pe bhi nhi aata hai ab mujhe kya krna chahiye aur case ka lockdown ke karn kya asar padega

you can file complaint under section 138 N.I. Act, and also you can lodged FIR against that person under section 420 I.P.C.. When you registered both the cases automatically accused will pay your dues and if not you will get double.
