As my husband execute an agreement to sale of DDA plot and take a byana on giving DDA SCHEME REGISTRATION RECEIPT photostat.After sometime dealer denied to give the remaining balance on that, me alongwith my husband went to dealer house where they forcefully confined us for 6 hour in a room and threatend us so there they took a 2 blank cheque of my husband account in their favour and take a note stating I will give the money back by these cheques alongwith that they took my sign on that written statement plus on some legal paper.As my husband is no more now is there any liability which incurred on me. As the property is of DDA Nd when agreement held I sign it. As this property was on my husband name.
