Can I put my cheque bounce case direct to fast track court? And if yes the how much time will it take to settle?
The process of cheque bounce is a process of summary trial and it usually takes 6 months in the normal course of time, but if unfavourable conditions arise it may take a year. The proceedings take place in front of a special judge designated only negotiable instrument cases, so it takes less time.
