Procedure to recover back amount from friend

I give 3 lac amount to my friend and my friend give me advance cheque to pay back but cheque is bounce and person is left rented house I am unable to find him..I am going to file 138 case ..But person is not found in this case what happened next ..I mean if person not come court then ??

You have to file a case on last known address as the limitation 3for filing a case will be over
You have to send Legal demand notice within 15 days of the cheque bounce and file a case in court within next 30 days. You can also file a recocery civil suit to recover your money from the friend. You have to personally visit to understand better. Thank-you

You need to file a criminal complaint with tge police and say that you have been cheated. The 138 case can continue parallelly. The police will investigate the cheating case and try and find the person and give its report in the matter. The court will take appropriate action after that

Don't worry, can file 138 case, serve notice on given address and also at bank account address. If he will not come to court then you it will be decided by Summary procedure and you can also file Recovery suit before District judge. Call me

It is easy to recover your amount of Rs 3,00,000 Three lakh only. We can file a section petition and then recover the amount. We can give his details in the newspaper to get speedy recovery of the said amount.
