Yes, you can apply for a date of birth correction through your education board within one year of the result declaration. After that, you may need a court order for correction.

Q: Got summon for a case do not want to attend the hearing

sir I got a summon of witness for a misbehave case..but i an not an eyewitness..my exam is near so I can't attend the court..what will I do plead suggest me any solution

Q: Procedure to recover back amount from friend

I give 3 lac amount to my friend and my friend give me advance cheque to pay back but cheque is bounce and person is left rented house I am unable to find him..I am going to file 138 case ..But person is not found in this case what happened next ..I mean if person not come court then ??

You need to file a criminal complaint with tge police and say that you have been cheated. The 138 case can continue parallelly. The police will investigate the cheating case and try and find the person and give its report in the matter. The court will take appropriate action after that

Yes, you dont need a divorce, you can apply for an annulment instead. Because for divorce you need to cohabit for atleast one year. The annulment can be done by an individual as well and you don't need your wifes signature for the same.
