Dear Sir/Madam, My wife filed a complaint in police station and FIR was registered under 498a/34/406 and after one month my wife called me and said i will not pursue FIR which she filed against me and gave her statement in writing to Police station in which she stated not to take any legal action against my husband and in laws family. Now i asked her to live with me only after quashing of FIR. Please quide me best way to quash. i dont want to go for any MOU or any other compromise deed in petition just because she filed the case. should i go for joint petition without MOU or any other way

Q: Legal action against neighbours who are constantly creating problems

Sir, I am 20 year old girl doing medicine well educated family and discipline family . We are in living in rent house .my mom and dad as well as me also facing lots of problem from our neighbours .always they are trying to rule us..we didn't find peace in that place.always they r trying to do fight quarreling all shit things and talking and treating my parents very badly as a girl I am my parents are not allowing me to get involve in this problem but I feel very shame to stand behind and watch this kind of things ... We are not even seeing face slot talking to them for past 4 yrs but the people always torturing us to the extent .. we need some kind of peace in home but it always absence because of them..there is no sleep to my parents too because of them..can I make complaint against them in any nearby NGO's they can stop know bcz they think that the house was theirs they feel they are the owner of that house ... Wat I have to do for this. Don't Tel me that keep calm

You are living on rent, shift at New and good place. You. Can also file complaint in police , if police failed to take action then file complaint in court before magistrates u/s 156(3) for registration of FIR. Do video recording of their wrong acts as evidence



Q: Can my children stop me from selling property that belongs to me

 I want to sale my own house. Agreement has done. Registration in Next month. If any of my sons or daughter in laws have right to hold the registration by putting any petitions in court related to that prop. It is purely my own property. no one has involved financially against this property. Is there any right to them to hold registration like that. Q: Can GST be charged on the earnest money and brokerage of a flat

i had booked a property with a builder in Haryana. i wish to cancel my investment. The builder has my money for over 4 years now. when i applied for cancellation of property he gave me a lis of deductions applicable which are earnest money+ 18 % GST on earnest money+brokerage paid + 18% GST on Brokerage paid. My question is can the builder charge me GST on the earnest money and brokerage paid. No builder buyer agreement has been signed by me with the builder yet. i have only signed the booking letter.
