Poonawalla has filed an ECS case against me. Please provide informatio

My loan from Poonawalla has been transferred by Poonawalla to another company, but Poonawalla had already filed a case against me under Section 25 and 27. Will Poonawalla withdraw the case, and what do I need to do to get the case withdrawn?

Firstly it is required to be known that which company they have transferred your loan. Secondly if they have already transferred, then they don’t have the right to file the case. Even after that also if they have filed it, u need to appear before the court and submit documents establishing that the loan has Been transferred to another company

You have to fight the case on merits if you want to get the case disposed. In any case you have arrived at a settlement then produce the settlement letter in the court and pay the settlement amount before the court and get the matter withdrawn.
