Q: Arbitration Case Interim Exparte Order received
Hello. I took a loan with one NBFC in Kolkata in March 2021. It was a flexi loan and repaid 2 years interest only component. I restructured this flexi loan in May 2023 and converted the same into term loan of 6 years. The previous flexi loan was closed in system and a new loan got generated with the same loan amount but zero disbursement. I kept on paying regular EMIs every month since inception till date with the exception of February 2024 as I was hospitalized as had an accident with surgery.

Q: Took Rs. 50L by fabricating the actual owner's identity & not return.
One person (Brick Field owner) fabricated that his nephew is like his son & his (owner) wife also told that the nephew is the owner of that brickfield. Accordingly they falsely plighted & earn my trust and we hv also invested 50L for business (purchasing of bricks unit) in the name of their nephew A/c. But at the time of maturity of the tenure they conceal their nephew & not returned the amount to my family. After that they call me to their brick field & pay Rs. 1L through their another partner.
