Person declared PO he hasnt given my money how to proceed now

Dear sir, a person had declared PO.I have a copy of PO order declaration.My question is that Can I post this copy on Facebook because he doesn't give my money.plz help
As for as your question is concerned if any person declared po then it is open for every one to find and catch that person and handed over to police or give the information to police about such person.There is no boundation. Any one can catch the po declared person. If it's help you by doing so you can post copy of such order on FB or share such order on whatsapp too or any social site.You can send it to your friends who you think fit and who help you for seraching such type of person.

In case a person has been declared PO, a case has to be registered by the police under Section 174 A IPC which provides punishment of imprisonment up to 3 years, if the accused has been declared PO in the case under Section 138 NI Act. This is a non-bailable offence. You should pursue with the court and the police for the registration of proper case and for the arrest of the accused.
