Payment not made as per compromise

Cheque bounce case was runnig since twoyears, 6 months before the accused come forward to compromise and compromise petition filed.out of 53 lakhs,the accused paid only 1 lakh.ow what to do?
If it is legally compromised in Lok Adalath or Court the you can file Execution petition or seek FLW that is attachment Warrant of movables or his immovables. Court is neutral, it is your advocate duty to produce necessary documents etc.

If the case registered is a criminal offence then you can ask the court to convict him since he has failed to repay the amount as agreed... If the compromise terms are noted immediately he will be sent behind bars
