Party not receiving a cheque bounced legal notice intentionally

A cheque has been bounced twice but after sending the legal notice by advocate he is not receiving please suggest for the further producer
hello you can file the complaint in court u/s 138 NI act within 30 days after the 15 days of stipulated period for payment in legal notice is elapsed, you submit postal receipts as proof of legal notice sent.
