LATER BOTH ARE NOT COMING TO COURT ,NBW ISSUED BUT RETURNED BACK SAYING NOT THEIR (BRIBERY ), CAN WE ASK FOR A CRIME BRANCH APPROACH IN COURT , HE IS A HABITUAL OFFENDER 5 SAME MORE CASES ON HIM IN 138 . WHAT MAY HAPPEN NEXT . AND WHAT CAN WE DO FOR SAME
