What are the annexures required for filing the complaint under NI 138. And the list of documents which are required to be presented at the time of evidence???
As you are filing a complaint under section 130 8NI act the most important document has check the returning memo of the concerned bank the copy of the legal notice which you have sent to the accused the delivery report of the said legal notice along with the postal receipt and the start if you have served the legal notice on the WhatsApp of the accused copy of that printout and the other evidences relying on which you have bounced the said check
