Need assistance regarding bail procedure, As my case is in Rohini court, they are not accepting my Car RC for Bail, They are asking for Bond of rs 10,000.
Is it compulsory
yes it is compulsory.... car is in your name Or not. if you have something else like an fd Or you can make dd Or if you have rc of a bike or scooty that works. what exactly they are saying for which you have been denied

If you're the accused, you're prohibited from depositing your own RC or FD. These assets must belong to a third party. There is no room for ambiguity or leniency in this matter. However some judges my allow.

If the car is free from finance then it should work as a bail surety. The court will take your RC and will give you in writing that it's deposited in the court. It's just a matter of arguments before the concerned magistrate. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

It is not compulsory,you need to furnish any valuable property which is more than 10k or equivalent to 10k, you Can submit your RC for Bail if you can't furnish for bind of rs 10000.

As the court needs a security amount to ensure your presence in the court.
since in your case it is Rs. 10000 and therefore the court is asking for the same. The court is declining your car RC because Either your Car RC has expired or Its without Insurance.
