11-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I(DELHI) STARTED THE COMPANY WITH ONE ONE PARTNER(JAIPUR) ON TERMS THAT I WILL HANDLE OPERATIONS (BECAUSE HE DNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WORK) AND HE WILL HANDLE FINANCE (BECAUSE I DNT HAD ANYTHING TO INVEST).HE CAME TO ME AND SAID HE HAS SPOKEN TO ONE OF HIS RELATIVE(JAIPUR) WHO IS WILING TO WORK AS PARTNER WITH 50% AND WILL INVEST.IASKED HIM IF HE HAS MADE CLEAR REGARDING EVERYTHING LIKE IF IN CASE THERE IS A LOSS.HE SAID YES THAT IS WHY I OFFERED HIM 50% PARTNERSHIP BECAUSE IF IN CASE THERE IS LOSS WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY MONEY IN CASE OF LOSS WHICH HE WILL INVEST.AFTER 3 MONTHS WE HAD A BIG LOSS WHICH WE BOTH PARTNERS HAD TO BEAR AND WE HAD TO CLOSE THE OFFICE.AFTER THAT THE PERSON STARTED ASKING FOR MONEY WHICH HE INVESTED.IT WAS 5 LAKHS IN MY KNOWLEDGE BUT HE STARTED SAYING 11 LAKHS WHICH MY PARTNER HAS TAKEN FROM HIM ON COMPANY NAME.MY PARTNER NEVER ASKED HIM TO TRANSFER IN COMPANY ACCOUNT.ALL MONEY WAS SENT TO MY PARTNERS PERSONAL ACCOUNT I DONT KNOW WHAT HE DID.

Dear client,
Your partner has cheated and has done fraud with you. He has kept in dark regarding money investment by financier. If he has deposited all money taken in his personal account not in company or firm account, then all would be his own liability to pay financier partner. If you are being threatened and your cheques has been stolen, signed or blank in all respect.
you need not worry, there is proper legal action against him. you may contact me from given contact for resolution.

it looks like a case where your partner has evidently committed fraud and cheated you regarding the terms of the partnership and the finances of your partnership firm. was there any partnership agreement between the both of you? how was the loan amount disbursed?
