My company not giving my salary i want my salary they giving me cheque but they cancelled my cheque. So please help me
Dear Sir
Whether it is cancelled or not yoy are entitled to get issue a legal notice within 30 days of Stop Payment and file a cheque bounce case. If interested get issue a legal notice under section 138 of Negotable Instruments Act.
