Money cheated case and cheque bounce due to insufficient balance in b

I have cheated my money by someone who is getting product from me and not give money for the same just he gave one cheque which mentioned 344000 when I was deposited this cheque for clearance it was bounce due to insufficient amount. For past one year he is cheating me and not ready to give return back my money. Here I need legal advise for getting my money. Kindly contact me.

Hi u can file criminal complaint and also file case for recovery of your money through court of law and if give more details means I can help you in proper way to get your money from concern persons and you may take through civil and criminal laws

within 15 days of bounce, send a legal demand notice to the accused and then file a 138 NI Act case. meanwhile, also file a cheating case at your local police station. if the cheque has been presented and you failed to issue demand notice then go ahead and file a civil suit for recovery of money by attaching his property.
