Missed payment mentioned according to settlement agreement
04-Feb-2023 (In Cheque Bounce Law)
I have made a settlement agreement in cheque bounce case.But due issue i was not able to pay the emi as mentioned in mediation center agreement. I am willing to pay but now i missed the time and now i was not able on next date.Status of my case is showing i have received another date due to absent of accused but no copy of order is present. What can i do now. What are next possibility.
